AFTER GETTING DRAGGED into the ‘drug pusher’ allegations and controversy at the height of the new administration’s anti-drug campaign, Jay-R Siaboc appears to be making his way back into showbiz.
The former Pinoy Dream Academy (PDA) runner-up has spent the past few weeks explaining his side on national television’s magazine programs, where he also spoke of his intention to return to the industry. Jay-R admitted his showbiz career was just starting to take off when drugs derailed it, leading him to make a string of “wrong decisions” in life.
Today, he appeared on ABS-CBN’s Sunday variety show ASAP alongside PDA grand winner Yeng Constantino. The two sang “Himala,” a fitting song for his possible comeback.
Siaboc popularized several songs after placing second at PDA, including ‘Hiling,’ ‘May Tama Ako,’ and ‘Hilot.’
