Türkiye’s Dilhan Divrikli is Mister Global 2026. He was crowned Saturday night, October 10, in Thailand by outgoing titleholder Alejandro Ortega of Spain, at the end of the pageant’s 12th edition, which drew 40 delegates. Nigeria’s Bethel Mbamara finished first runner-up.
The Philippines’ MJ Ordillano finished second runner-up. It’s his second top-five finish at an international pageant, four years after his first, and the best result at Mister Global for the Philippines since Dom Corilla won the crown in 2024.

How the Final Five Became Three
The Top 5 were Türkiye, Nigeria, the Philippines, Hmong, and Venezuela. After each answered a question, two were eliminated. Hmong’s Anthony Tub Zaj Moua was named third runner-up, and Venezuela’s Alejandro Quintero fourth runner-up.
The three left on stage then faced one more question, the same for all three: “People around the world have different cultures and beliefs. As a true gentleman, how would you bring them closer together?” Their answers decided the crown.
Dilhan Divrikli, Türkiye (Mister Global 2026). Divrikli was not the online favorite going in. He placed 11th in Mister Global’s official fan vote, run through the voting platform Eventista. He won the title on the night itself.
Bethel Mbamara, Nigeria (first runner-up). The Port Harcourt model came in with the strongest international record of the five. At Mister International 2025, he finished third runner-up and won the continental title of Mister International Africa, on the same night Filipino Kirk Bondad won the crown. His finish here also improves on Nigeria’s previous best at Mister Global, Favour Ogbuokiri’s second runner-up placement in 2024, the year Corilla won.
Anthony Tub Zaj Moua, Hmong (third runner-up). Moua represented a people, not a country. The Hmong are an ethnic group without a nation-state, with communities across southern China, Vietnam, Laos, and Thailand and a large diaspora abroad. Their support showed in the fan vote, which Moua won with more than 3.3 million points, over five times the second-place total. First place in that vote earned him a direct spot in the Top 20.
Alejandro Quintero, Venezuela (fourth runner-up). Venezuela has now placed in the top five two years running, after William Badell finished first runner-up to Ortega in 2025. Quintero placed 37th in the fan vote, among the lowest in the field.

Ordillano’s Second Top-Five Finish
This was not Ordillano’s first international final. In June 2022, representing Parañaque, he won Mister International Philippines. That October he finished fourth runner-up at Mister International 2022, held at the New Frontier Theater in Quezon City, a rare international final on home soil. The Dominican Republic’s Manu Franco won.
Before the pandemic, he had been pursuing acting while managing a bar in Hong Kong. Speaking to Timid magazine after his 2022 run, he called carrying the flag “both a responsibility and a privilege.” In 2023 he signed a co-management deal with Sparkle GMA Artist Center, GMA Network’s talent management arm. He holds a business management degree from De Montfort University in Leicester, in the United Kingdom.
He returned to competition this year. On April 15, he won Mister Pilipinas Global 2026 at the finals of Mister Pilipinas Worldwide (MPW), the national organization that selects Filipino delegates for most major international men’s pageants. Then he entered Century Tuna Superbods 2026, the long-running fitness and physique competition, in its 20th year. At the September 11 finals at Solaire Resort North, he made the men’s Top 8 and was named a Superbods Runner-Up. He took home ₱250,000 and the men’s Jojo Bragais Power Walk Award. The men’s Grand Winner was Austin Dizon Cabatana, who had succeeded Ordillano as Mister International Philippines in 2023.
The Crown Corilla Won
Mister Global began in 2014 as a promotional event and has been held in Thailand every year since. TPN Global took over the pageant in 2024. Its first edition under the new owner produced the Philippines’ only winner so far. Daumier “Dom” Corilla was crowned on October 6, 2024, at MCC Hall The Mall Bangkapi in Bangkok.
Corilla is now president of MPW, the organization that sent Ordillano. Their paths crossed earlier this year: Corilla also entered Superbods 2026 but missed the Top 40 cut in July, a stage Ordillano went on to clear on his way to the finals.
Where MPW’s 2026 Delegates Stand
Ordillano’s finish is the second-best result for MPW’s international delegates so far this season:
- John Eriq Bonifacio won Mister Cosmopolitan in Vietnam, the country’s first title at that pageant.
- MJ Ordillano finished second runner-up at Mister Global in Thailand.
- John Wayne Alba finished Top 10 at Mister International in Bangkok.
- Felipe Marasigan finished Top 20 at Mister Supranational in Poland.
- Raven Lansangan finished Top 20 at Manhunt International in Sri Lanka.
Enzo Bonoan, MPW’s Mister Cosmo titleholder, is the last of the group still waiting on an international date. ELYSPLANET’s running list of every Filipino man competing internationally this year is updated as each result comes in.
