OF ALL THE beautiful, talented ladies under GMA Network’s artist roster, Barbie Forteza seems to have landed all the favor and blessing of the higher-ups.

Or maybe it’s simply that Barbie isn’t just stacked with acting awards — she also holds the record for one of the longest-running afternoon series (The Half Sisters), which dominated the ratings for its run too.

Whatever prompted people to say ‘Si Barbie na talaga’ when the Kapuso network announced her latest project, all we can say is, ‘Koronahan na ‘yan.’ The actress already has pretty boy Kiko Estrada as her boyfriend, and now she’s heading back to primetime with not one, not two, but four gorgeous leading men.

Forteza stars in the upcoming series ‘Meant To Be’ alongside Kapuso actors Ken Chan, Jak Roberto, Ivan Dorschner (of Pinoy Big Brother), and model-actor Addy Raj. What else is there to say?

Barbie already has acting awards under her belt, including New Movie Actress of the Year at the 26th PMPC Star Awards for Movies and a Best Supporting Actress trophy from Cinemalaya. Earlier this year, she starred in ‘Tuos’ opposite superstar Nora Aunor. Before ‘Meant To Be,’ Barbie starred in ‘That’s My Amboy’ with her long-time onscreen partner, Andre Parras.
