With 2026 heading into its final stretch, expect a few more titleholders to pick up the Philippine sash before the year closes out. ELYSPLANET already ran the full list of Filipina queens competing across what pageant fans call the “Big Four Plus Two” — the handful of international crowns with the biggest global following and the deepest track record. But that list doesn’t cover everyone carrying the flag this year. A separate group of queens is competing under franchises with less name recognition outside pageant circles, and their work is no easier for it — they’re putting in the same hours, answering to the same expectations, with the Philippines riding on their shoulders just the same.

That group starts with the same organization that ran the Miss Universe Philippines selection itself. Miss Universe’s own franchise rules don’t let a licensee hand out competing international sashes on coronation night, so the crowd at City of Dreams Manila in Parañaque City only saw one queen crowned on May 10, 2026. But every candidate in that room already knew Miss Universe Philippines wasn’t the only title up for grabs — the same organization runs The Miss Philippines, the umbrella under which runners-up and standout finalists get assigned to seven other international franchises in the days that follow, instead of each one running its own separate national search. Here’s who’s carrying the flag, and where.

Ysabella Ysmael — Miss Cosmo Philippines 2026

Ysabella Roxas Ysmael, known as Bella Ysmael, represented Taguig City at Miss Universe Philippines before her Miss Cosmo assignment — Miss Cosmo being the Vietnam-founded international franchise built around inclusivity and social advocacy, now heading into its third edition. She’s also the niece of Margie Moran, the Philippines’ second Miss Universe titleholder, crowned in 1973. A ballerina, model, fitness instructor, and entrepreneur, she’s the founder of Ysle Society and co-founder of Milota Ballet. Her platform centers on mental health awareness and women’s empowerment, and she competes this year following Chelsea Fernandez’s runner-up finish at Miss Cosmo 2025.

Allyson Hetland — Miss Supranational Philippines 2027

Allyson Hetland, 24, represented Pampanga before her Miss Supranational assignment — Miss Supranational being the Poland-based franchise the Philippines hadn’t won in over a decade until Maria Katrina Llegado’s title this year. A registered nurse and Filipina-American, Hetland has built her advocacy around underserved children, particularly through Anak Balaballayan in Angeles City, alongside broader healthcare-awareness work.

Apriel Smith — Miss Charm Philippines 2026

Born October 29, 1995, Apriel Smith represented Cebu City before her assignment to Miss Charm, the Vietnam-based franchise now in its fourth edition. A former overseas Filipino worker who spent three years in Singapore hospitality, Smith’s advocacy centers on youth sports development and wellness, alongside a public focus on overcoming bullying and discrimination.

Nicole Borromeo — Miss Worldwide Philippines 2026

Nicole Yance Borromeo represented Cebu Province before becoming the inaugural Miss Worldwide Philippines — the first time the country has sent a representative to this edition of the franchise. It’s her second international assignment: Borromeo previously won Binibining Pilipinas International 2022 and represented the Philippines at Miss International 2023, finishing third runner-up. Her advocacy spans Habitat for Humanity, sustainability, and art therapy for trauma and PTSD survivors.

Jenrose Javier — Miss Eco International Philippines 2027

Jenrose Javier represented Sultan Kudarat before heading to Miss Eco International, the Egypt-bound environmental-advocacy franchise the Philippines last won through Alexie Brooks. Javier’s platform is healthcare access, tied to a push for zero hospital billing in public hospitals — a practical, systems-level advocacy rather than a strictly environmental one.

Marian Arellano — Miss Tourism World Philippines 2026

Marian Arellano represented Tarlac before her Miss Tourism World assignment. A marketing professional by trade, Arellano’s advocacy is business empowerment — helping small entrepreneurs with branding and promotion, a platform drawn directly from her own career.

Catherine Wardle — Miss Teen Universe Philippines 2026

Catherine Bareja Wardle represented Samar Island before being named to Miss Teen Universe — a youth pageant run by India’s Glamanand Group, unrelated to the Miss Universe Organization despite the shared name. Wardle is 18, a British-Filipina who spent her childhood in Bangkok and Manila before settling in Catbalogan City, and balances pageant life with student leadership and competitive athletics.

Trexy Paris Roxas — Miss Eco Teen Philippines 2026

Trexy Paris Roxas represented Iligan City before her assignment to Miss Eco Teen International, the youth edition run by the same Ecospire organization behind Miss Eco International. A nursing student, Roxas runs Paws with Purpose, an animal-welfare project focused on stray-animal care — giving her, like Javier, an advocacy that predates and outlasts the sash.
